I do not know what I will be needing for applying for the above mentioned certificates. And approximately how long it will take to obtain this documentation. Also, how much it will cost me.
If I know all these details I will not have to stand in the queues at Home Affairs, just to be told I still need something else.

My husband is from Pakistan living in the UAE for around 15 years now.. and i am from South Africa... we got married in May this year.. we had a ceremonial wedding which I do have a marriage certificate for ... now I need to get a residents visa so I can go and live with him ... can you please help me understand what is required and how we need to go about doing this.
