من اشتكى لمؤمن كانما اشتكى الى الله
انا المواطن رياض مأمون عبدالله سلطان من الخليل و أقيم في غزة قهراً بسبب رفض السلطات الأسرائيلية مبدأ رجوعي الى الخليل فأنا أحاول العودة الى أهلي منذ 8سنوات عن طريق الشئون المدنية و عن طريق المركز الفلسطيني لحقوق الانسان وعن طريق مؤسسة هوموكيد في القدس يتم رفضي بدون اعطاء أي أسباب بحجة دواعي أمنية واهية. وجاء رد من السلطات الاسرائلية مبدا رجوعي الى الخليل مرفوض بسب دواعي امنيه لا يمكن الافصاح عنها فانا اصبحت اعيش عيشة المبعدين والدي كان يعمل في مجال البناء و لكن بسبب الأوضاع الصعبة عادا أهلي الى الخليل و تم رفض عودتي مع عائلتي الى الخليل فأنا أعيش ظروف صعبة قاسية فأنا مغترب ليس لي لا أقارب و لا أهل سوى الله سبحانة وتعالى. فأنا أعاني من ضيق الحال كوني أسكن بالأيجار و لا أمتلك اي مصدر دخل ثابت علماً بأنني متزوج و لدي ولدين و كلي أمل في سيادتكم بالنظر بعين الأهتمام لظروفي ووضعي الأنساني و مساعدتي اريد حل لمشكلتي فأنا ظروفي مختلفة كوني من الخليل و مساعدتي بما ترونه مناسباً لي بما هو متاح أمام حضراتكم أرجو من سيادتكم أخذ هذا الموضوع بجدية و بعين العطف فانا التمس من سيادتكم مساعدتي و الله في عون العبد ما كان العبد في عون أخيه.
