Congratulations to all of you Permanent Representatives of the Arab Gulf Cooperation Council member-states at the United Nations over the above-stated historical development.
Members of your diplomatic mission in Washington D.C. can view it at the Jefferson or Adams Reading Rooms at the US Library of Congress. Your own staff, too, can travel there for the same purpose and report back to you.
Personal self-esteem for our Ummah, worldwide, is here at last. What a world of difference it makes, to start with, with my humble self. It is most humiliating that not one single Muslim UN member-state, since the inception of the United Nations in 1945, is a permanent member of the Security Council. And now an incontrovertible case, in hardcover, is now available for all library-users at the LOC.

Most Respected Brother ,
I, the undersigned on behalf of the Muslim Community of Sunnyside, New York 11104, beg to submit the following projects under control of the above-mentioned organization in order to serve the Muslim community whose members 1,25000 (one hundred twenty five thousand) Muslims who live in surrounding areas. These Muslims hail from Asia, Middle East, Africa, America and beyond. SUNNYSIDE MUSLIM CENTER, Inc. is situated in the heart of New York City, Queens Borough. USA, what is close to UN Headquarters. The organization is dedicated to educate the Muslims according to the Quran of Allah and the Hdith of the Prophet Mohammad (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam).
Presently our mosque and Madrasha housed at a rented house what is extremely expensive, but insufficient to accommodate the Muslim devotees and the students as well. To serve such a large community we require a spacious campus for both mosque and Madrasha what is possible through buying new house, which needs approximately an amount of $2.75 million (two millions seven hundred and fifty thousand) dollars. We have a fund of an amount of $300,000 (three hundred thousand dollars) donated by the members, what is insufficient to buy a house.
we cannot buy a house adjoining present campus for want of money. So we humbly seek your generous monetary contribution to maintain the following projects.
Name of the Mosque: Masjid Ibrahim (Alaihus Salam)
Our present campus can accommodate only 600 devotees, including the women, at a time. So on Friday, we are to arrange two jamats (congregations), for about 1,200 devotees to say their Jumma prayer. The mosque is strictly is run on the basis of Shaihi Quran and Sunnah.
During the Salatul Tarrabi/Tarah on the month of Holy Ramadan, such huge numbers of devotees attend the mosque that we are to take permission from the city authority so that the devotees can say their prayer in the adjoining Avenue (open ground).
It needs to mention that Tafsirul Quran is held on every Friday for male Muslims and for the female Muslims on every Monday.
Name of the proposed Alim Madrahsa: (The Madraha will be named after the name of the donor)
Presently we run a junior madraha inside the mosque where boys & girls (5-16 year) get elementary Islamic education. To meet the growing demand we plan to have an independent premise for the Alim Madrasha and upgrade it (one to 12th grade) to Alim level. Its syllabus and curriculum will be framed on the basis of Medina University.
We hope if we get sufficient fund we may be able to buy new houses to expand the mosque and establish Alim Madrash, which will play a great role to spread Islamic education according to the Quran of Allah and the Hadith of the Prophet Mohammad (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam). Such institution even my help to preach Islam among the non-Muslims. A good number of non-Muslims have already converted to Islam through our mosque.
Under this situation, we request and hope that your kind consideration and generous donation will enable us to expand the exiting mosque and establish an Alim Madraha. We pray to Allah to enable you to expand you capacity to help such project, which is totally dedicated to please Allah.
