Hi, I am staying in Muscat for 1.5 years. My family do have residence card, but is staying in India. Is there any restriction for us to travel to Dubai for a weekend visit?

I am a GCE Country Resident Holder and working as a Teacher in Muscat. All these time I used to travel by bus to Sharjah and my next visit is to take a flight to Sharja. Please let me know whether I can apply Visa on arrival at Sharjah Airport.
