I am in need of some information regarding obtaining a visit visa to Dubai. I live in Sohar, Oman & am planning to visit Dubai with my family in August. I have visited Dubai once before but then I was under my father’s family visa. Now I am working as a Warehouse In-charge at an establishment in Sohar, Oman. I am holding a work visa but with a NON-Executive profession(Steel Structure Black Smith).I need to know about the procedure to obtain a visit visa. If I am permitted to visit the length of my stay in Dubai will be 1 week (22nd August to 29th August) & the purpose of visit is to spend my annual vacation. Kindly advise me on the necessary steps to be taken.

I would like to know if I can apply for a UAE visa as soon as I get my new Oman resident visa? Also I had been to UAE on a tourist visa after cancelling my previous Oman resident visa last week. So once I get my new Oman employment visa, can I travel to Dubai the following week? Appreciate it if I could get to know about this at the earliest. Many thanks in advance.
i'm sri Lankan.I've been here now 10 months.Just want to visit UAE for two days,but in my resident card it is mentioned techincian.Can I travel to Dubai with my resident card or would I need a UAE visa? I will travel by air..please give me some advice...
