Greetings i'm student in Russia and i have the student visa, i would like to visit UAE as tourist in the holidays, i want to know what is needs to get the united Arab emirates visa as visitor\tourist.

We are planning to holidays in Dubai for one week and i kindly request you is she can have a Visa on arrival or she need to do a tourist visa.
In case of issue of Visa which doucments and how long will take?

hello sir im russian citizen so i want go dubai for a month so i should have only up and down air ticket and passport?
DUBAI, 29th January, 2017 (WAM) -- Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, has approved Cabinet Decree Number 24 for 2017 on granting citizens of the Russian Federation an entry visa at all entry points to the United Arab Emirates.
The Decree states that citizens of the Russian Federation are granted an entry visa for 30 days for the first time, renewable one time only for another 30 days, as per UAE regulations.
The Decree will enhance strategic cooperation and the common ambitions of the two countries. It will also create new horizons of economic and touristic cooperation serving common interests and goals, as it strengthen the UAE’s international competitiveness as a vibrant economic, commercial, and tourist hub in the region.
