Hi, I'm here working now in Dubai my School Documents; Diploma & TOR is Red Ribbon since last 1998 from DFA-Phils. I want my document be authenticated in UAE Embassy in the Philippines. Can I send this document directly or DHL in MANILA or here at Dubai. How can I make this possible in early shortest and correct way and how much money do I have to spent for this task.
