My daughter just passed the Nursing Exam in UAE. She is presently working there. I had her diploma and transcript of records already red ribboned. How can it be attestated by the Embassy in Manila before I will send it to her in Sharjah, UAE?

I've been in U.A.E Ras Al Khaimah as a Visit Visa and found a Job there but i just worked for only 9 months and i resign and went home to Philippines. Now i am applying for fiancee visa in USA one of the requirement is the police clearance. May i know how can i get one? Please help to whom it may concern. A pleasant day. I'am about to go to UAE Embassy to request for the STAMP of my husband's TOR, DIPlOMA it's already red ribbon authenticated.I don't know how to process. Do I need to bring authorization letter on bahalf of my husband?or will mail it via DHL. Please let me know how to process it, how long it will take and how much is the processing fee.
