UAE Embassy Stamp for TOR and Diploma

I have been adviced by my employer to have my Diploma and TOR stamped by UAE embassy in Manila and DFA(red ribbon) while awaiting for my working visa. I would just like to know of what steps I am going to undertake to process the stamping with UAE embassy. Presently I am processing my Diploma and TOR from my School so I could have it Red Ribboned with DFA.

After the completion of my working visa by my employer in UAE, what steps I will be doing next to have all paperworks done.

I will be patiently waiting for your reply on irwindaleolave@yahoo.com
