what are the requirements and process to get marriage certificate attestion in uae embassy,phils?me and my husband is here in ABU Dhabi,we were married in phils.we planned to ask our relatives to go to the embassy to get our marriage cert attested.how long it will take?

Authentication
I search the net every now and then about authentication from UAE Embassy. I red one comment that UAE Embassy doesn't entertain personal appearance. Is that true? Since the address of UAE Embassy is given, so can I visit personally so I can ask questions and have my T.O.R and diploma authenticated?

authentication of my TOR & DIPLOMA
my TOR & DIPLOMA is alredy with DFA and scheduled to be release on Sept 20,it was handled by DHL who will be sending it directly to UAE Embassy from DFA.Per thier advice it will take another 15 working days to process and scheduled to be release on Oct 14. Is there no other way UAE Embassy Manila can process it in URGENT BASIS because i need the said document earlier than the the scheduled release...hoping for your response...thanks.

Police Clearance Outside UAE
My fiancé and I applied for a US Visa; and the US Embassy in Manila , Philippines requires me to submit a police certificate from other countries I stayed more than 6months.

I stayed and worked in the UAE for almost four (4) years, from October 2006 to February 2010. As I am now in the Philippines , please advise the system and procedure in obtaining Police Certificate outside the UAE. About how long will it take for this to acquire?

My diploma is already in red ribon and i want it to be attested by uae embassy from the country of origin as a requirement here in United Arab Emirates for applying a visa.
I already send the said documents to my cousin in Philippines,I want to know if its possible for her to visit your office so she will arrange that said documents OR she will send it by courier (DHL)to your address and the DHL will returnback the said documents to her address in Philippines?And from Philippines(my cousin) will send to United Arab Emirates (to me).
