I have a visa for uganda Africa but do i need a visa to go to dubai
Hi,I would like to ask you how I can get visa to Dubai and how much it will cost me and air ticket in total.

I'm from Thailand, but staying in Uganda. Do I need visa to go to Dubai as a tourist? And how can I make it? And if someone from Dubai send me a ticket from there to uganda, do I still have to make a visa ?
