Dear Sir/Madam,
After Greeting,
I have been working 6 Years in Standard Chartered Bank of the UAE under a outsource company and I got a opportunity to change my visa by Bank for work with them in the meantime the UAE government declared not be issuing any new visa and not be transferring the sponsor to any company . Around 1 Million Bangladeshi expertise are contribute and serve themselves in UAE for country and family. I went to some Bangladeshi community in UAE they are expecting from the UAE government at least open transferring system as soon as possible, Because some company and sponsor give them pressure to do more work with less than salaries from other and they also facing some other issue so I guess the sponsor are violation the labor law. The UAE government need to be seem and find out the solution for Bangladeshi worker.
