If Uae goverment keep open transfer visa one company to other companey it's lettelbit better for the Bangladeshi people. Now thay stop visa transfer also. Now companey puse the people to work with low salary . They don't increase the salary. Lots of people have good offer in other place but nothing to do. Bangladesh people pass very hard seteution in Uae.
