Could you please advise me on how to get attested a medical certificate by the Embassy? What is the procedure for that?

i'm a employee of uae & i'm in vacation.i want to extend my vacation so as per company policy i provided them my sick leave.now they are asking me to attest it from uae embassy in sri Lanka.i want to know that how many days it will take & how much i have to pay for this.
