Faulty Medical Report No 016215
Faulty Medical Report No 016215
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Wimal Kanankage possessing passport No N1587235, selected for a job in ADAT Company in UAE for the post of Air Craft Technician and got through the interview recently. Finally undergo a medical test (by invoice 41540) which was unsuccessful due to abnormal signs appeared in chest x-ray. But further investigation made regarding this with CT scan by Consultant Respiratory Physician in Karapitiya Teaching Hospital Galle in Sri Lanka (S. Muhundan MBBS.MD) found it is normal situation because of bronchitis changes, and also he reviled with his report that this is not tuberculosis or any other related disease. I forwarded those documents to the Health Line Medical canter but the medical report has been issued as (Medical report No: 016215) unfit with mentioning an incorrect remark.

According to the company requirement another three medical tests wanted to be done in addition to the regular medical test being conducted by the Health Line Medical Diagnostics (Pvt) Ltd Kohuwala Nugegoda. Even though I have paid,( by invoice 41545) But no any result is appeared in their medical report related to those tests.

This is to bring your kind notice and awareness regarding this unjustifiable action made by this medical center.
