Marriage Cert
Kelum, hope you have an English Translation of your Marriage Cert, if not you will have to get one done through a certified translator, there are many in Pettah, Ibrahim Translators of York Street, Fort (Near World Trade Center - 0112392011), get the translation along with the Original, go to Ministry of External Affairs in Pettah, behind the Old Cargills Building, you can ask someone for Direction, then submit before 10 am, you should be able to collect it before 3 pm, them take them to the UAE Embassy before 10.30 am and submit the certs, one day service will cost you 7500/- and next day service will cost 5000. Hope it's Clear. This is almost the same with all the certs..!

certificate and attestation
thank you mariam for the info it was really helpful :)

Fridays are only opened for the "one day" service .

For attestation your "Education" certificate you should first certify it from the Minister of foreign affairs , and make sure you take original certificate with you when you are taking that copy to the UAE embassy (cause they asked me to show my original certificate) . Go early as possible and avoid the queue :)
