kindly follow the said procedure for you to do the Medical attestation process easily without any hesitation:
1. go to http://gcchmc.org/ , press "apply for medical check up" then enter your Passport information and further details get a Medical appointment note: make sure you enter actual details what your passport says
(there is no more GAMCA in SL, only you have to get the medical appointment by this way)
2.take a print out of your Medical appointment sheet along with 02 PP size photo & a passport copy / Handover the documents to receptionist and complete the medical procedure. you will asked to pay LKR 8000.00
after the completion of the procedure you will asked to come next day to take your Medical Report
note: if you fail with with the medical you can't process anymore, due to your application will be rejected by UAE embassy in Sri Lanka
3. after you received your Medical Certificate(FIT), go before 12:00 pm to Medical Council of Sri Lanka to handover your medical certificate to get approved and they will issue a token and you will asked to come after 3:00 pm to receive your approved certificate and you have to pay LKR 100.00 (located in Norris Canal Road, ask direction for Central Hospital and its opposite and near to it)
3. you need to authorize your certificate from Ministry of External affairs,
go to http://www.mea.gov.lk/index.php/en/consular-services/authentication-of-documents- to know the procedure
4. with the authorized medical certificate go to UAE Embassy of Sri Lanka to Attest the Medical Certificate, you will asked to pay LKR 7500.00 in order to attest
5. its done now you can send the Medical certificate to your Employer by Courier or Scanned Copy

Dear Sir, My brother took Medical report in srilanka and signed by General Hospital and Ministry of External Affairs but he didn't sign in UAE Embassy Srilanka. now his in dubai.can he signed Medical report in UAE ministry of foreign affairs without signed UAE Embassy srilanka?
if not can i send the Documet to MY Father in srilanka he can take the attestation in UAE Embassy without My brother present.
