Dalam rangka syi’ar islam yayasan miftahul barokah yang beralamat di jalan raya warung jeruk Rt 018 / 009 Kp. babakansasak desa. warung jeruk kec. tegalwaru kabupaten purwakarta jawa barat. Bahwa perlu adanya rehabilitas bangunan sarana dan prasarana bagi anak yatim untuk keindahan dan kenyamanan yayasan.
Kami segenap panitia dan keluarga yayasan merencanakan merehab ruang ibadah / sholat, majelis ta'lim, tempat pondok dan ruang kantor.
Berdasarkan musyawarah panitia atau pengurus yayasan Desa warung jeruk - Kab. purwakarta pada hari kamis, jum'at 19 September 2014 maka di bentuklah Panitia pembanguanan rehabilitas yayasan / pondok pesantren miftahul barokah
Untuk mendukung kegiatan pembangunan tersebut maka Panitia memohon bantuan kepada kaum muslimin dan muslimat untuk dapat menyisihkan sebagian rezekinya untuk memberikan bantuan demi terwujudnya pembangunan rehabilitas yayasan yatim piatu dan anak asuh miftahul barokah.

Info : Sesuai penghitungan anggaran yang dibutuhkan sejumlah Rp 86.500 000,- ( delapan puluh enam juta lima ratus ribu rupiah )
sementara anggaran yang tersedia atau di dapat dari swadaya masyarakat sejumlah Rp 4.500 000,- ( empat juta lima ratus ribu rupiah )

Dear Sirs,
I would like to send two Powers of Attorney to the Consular Division of UAE Embassy and ask to legalize the signature, after that these documents will be legalized in Ministry of External Affairs of UAE.
If you would like to see my Powers of Attorney preliminary, please, inform, I will send copies of documents by E-mail. Original documents will be sent to you after your confirmation.
Could you inform the cost of legalization of two Powers of Attorneys taking into account the cost of delivery of documents from Greece to UAE via DHL, Fedex etc? What will be the time period for doing the work?
