Good day!
I am a Russian citizen, but living in Turkey and have ikamet. I would like visit United Arab Emirates for holiday with my turkish friend (man).
Can you please advise me how to apply for visa from Turkey for Russian people.
We are hoping to travel soon.
Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
