Would like to know if I can enter the Ukraine with only six months remaining on my passport before the expiry date? Plan to stay for a week. I am a holder of a UK Passport.
I send my e-mail addres and i don't get the application form for the touris visa, and i have vacations in february. And i have chance to go fromffebruary 12 to 23 hope can i get the form and i have time for get the visa!

My name is Babak Behnam, M, 39, Iranian, PhD in Plant Molecular biology, a post doctorate in RIKEN-Plant Science Center, in Tsukuba city branch, Ibaraki, Japan.
I would like to have some trip to Ukraine as a tourist and visit some natural and urban area of Ukraine for my Golden week Holidays. My trip maximum will be one week for sight seeing.
It would be so much appreciated if you kindly let me know that what kinds of documents I have to prepare to get visa for my visit as a tourist.
Furthermore It would be so much appreciated if you kindly let me know what is the best way by Air to reach Ukraine? Is there any National Ukrainian Airline and direct flight from Narita to for instance Kiev?
