Behaviour of the Visa Officer, Ukraine Embassy, New Delhi-Problem for getting visa

I am from Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.

My son have got invitation to study in OBogomolets University Kyiv. Am approached the Embassy, New Delhi with every respect and all required documents 5 times for visa. Today is the last. Reasons for objections are, 1) Afforstal of certificate 2) afforstal to do in original 3) Aforstal by External Affairs Ministry 4) translation in Ukraine and notarisation and finally today 5) translation is not good. Now the documents shown are absolutely as per the requirement.
Every visit one by one objections raising and sending back. Cannot understand why not raising objections/deficiency all in once instead of piece-meal.
Whereas accepting set of documents of many from a single man without of presence of candidates and verification.

We in reliance of your directions through your site approached directly. Please realise a good distance have to be traveled to reach your office and every time misbehave with harsh words and refusal is being experienced us.
Would you please mind to :
1) allow 5 minutes time to show you our documents required to be getting visa got ready by us.
2) classes in the University already started in Kyiv.
Delay in visa makes losses of classes to my son. Besides a good amount and days are lost for the efforts of Visa from you.
