Dear Sir/Madam
My name is Lawrence Foreman, the Vice President of Namibian Students in Ukraine. I'm facing a problem with the new students who started coming this year 2013. Your counterpart office in South Africa only issued the students with visas without translating and notarizing their documents, And now the universities are refusing to register this students due to this problem.
The documents are not even having a stamp from the embassy's office. I have approached the universities and they have request me to obtain a letter from the Ukrainian embassy's office in South Africa stating as to why the documents of students were not translated and notarized or even stamped. They will only register the students upon hearing the reasons.
I, therefore would like to know if the students can send their documents at your office in Moscow for translation and notary, so that they can be registered at their Universities. I will be happy to hear from your office and the cost of translating the documents in to Ukrainian or Russian. I hope to hear from your good office regarding this vital matter.
