hello,
my boyfriend is from ukraine but we meet each other on the ship because we both work there. if he wants to visit and marry me in the philippines what are the requirements and what kind of visa he needs.i have 2 months vacation only in November so i dont want any hassle. if we get married in ukraine, is that will be easier and what requirements do i need to bring as well.Thanks a lot and have a nice day
