Good day, me and my Filipino boyfriend want to travel to Ukraine. We are currently in China and the Guangzhou worker consulate was rude to me and didn’t answer all questions and threatened that Filipinos can’t get visa or if he get one he can be rejected to enter Ukraine at the border because of the immigration risk zone. I am going to Ukraine in June of this year to visit my Ukrainian husband's parents and been doing my research for Filipinos visiting Ukraine. This is actually for those who have the same intention:
Here is what will guide you through:
There are 3 countries where a Filipino citizen can apply for a tourist visa, Malaysia, Hanoi or Jakarta. On each country, you may download a Step by step information on how to get Ukrainian visa like this:

Again, the citizen of Philippines can submit document
for Ukrainian visa to Embassy of Ukraine in Kuala Lumpur,
Hanoi or Jakarta.
You need to do online application and follow their requirements and procedure. I have been in touch with a nice lady, Miss Tanya, that works in Ukrainian Embassy in Malaysia, in which where I plan to submit and apply my entry visa to Ukraine. She has been very generous in answering my questions on email. So I would suggest for you to email as much questions or clarifications you have before you do the application. Almost all the information are on their website so PLEASE DO READ THROUGH.
