What are the necessary conditions for the renewal of the Ukrainian passport, but my friend get the a Ukrainian citizenship by marriage so he can renewal the passport here and what about if he want make new passport for the new baby .

I was really pleased to deal with the staff from the Ukrainian Embassy of Kuwait, they are very helpful and cooperative, please write down these information because you will need it for your reference while applying for your visa, the days to apply are Sun, Mon, Tue and Thu only from 10 Am to 12 PM, and visa process takes 16 days
- Invitation letter from a Ukrainian travel agent
- Hotel reservation
- Flight ticket
- Medical Insurance
- Application form
- 1 Photo passport size
- 85$ receipt from National Bank of Kuwait paid to Ukrainian Embassy Account #1004807861
- A copy of your Civil ID, or Residential paper

Self having valid ETATS SCHENGEN VISA upto 25-030-2014.
Do I have still to obtain Ukraine visa to enter Ukraine if I fly drict from Dubai KIEV. If the answer yes where do I have to submit my passport for visa formality.
