I want to go ukrsine for marketing education intitute for study...how I would proceed that ,please be kind enough to let me know this.
i tried to contact several times but no response from honorary consular- at least hang the embassy address e mail address or website address then we all can contact the Ukrainian directly rather than wasting time with yours all.
my kind advice to all people willing to visit Ukraine please contact the embassy directly but dont talk to the person on duty, at the embassy ask some body to talk 1st / 2nd/ 3rd secretaries they speak very well in English.
Its useless to contact H/ consular division of Ukraine here in Sri Lanka - they them self do not know the visa procedures and where to get application forms etc.
very ineffective consulate why dont you close it up ?

It is sad say that the Ukraine honorary consulate is the most ineffective. Even the letters they give is not been recognized by the Ukraine embassy in India , simply they have no say. My suggestion is they must get a Ukraine person to get bse in Sri Lanka or open up a office here to process visa, The ukranian Embassy in India is also very ineffective and they treat people like dirt.
