Found that still using the same disconnected number ,maybe they need to look at their system and courtesy in dealing with the Public and update their system of phone numbers.havent they heard of Telecom

Trying to contact Canberra and also Jakarta for ukraine visa application. They do not answer, or have Ukraine message which you cant understand in English and the phones are disconnected.
Bad customer relations, they look like they dont want anyone to ring. Too much trouble to answer phones apparently.
For your information. All Australian citizens require a "Support Letter" from Accommodation booking place, or Travel agent, or organisation, this is a must have. Also you must turn up at the consulate in person easier. If you do it by mail you have to send your original passport through the mail system. No way Ill do that, as you can imagine missing passports in mail or at consulate or embassy.
Embassy gives contact phone 62307940 that is disconnected... Cannot rich human answer --only auto answers, terrible***
Won't answer, numbers given in recorded message cut off, think very carefully before sending your passport. Our overseas trip about to fall in a heap. No visa, now no passport.
they dont answer thier phone numbers or other are disconnected and you have to go down and hand then in person , and the web site is also useless
Can anyone help me to find my aunty and cousins in canberra .
I live in the uk and my aunty was taken as a slave and away from her family she managed to trace her brother my father.
Sadly he passed away.My aunt came to visit and I sadly lost touch with her.
She married and had children but will be known as her married name.
My aunt is called myroslaw dub and she is ukraine.
I long to see my family so much.
Is there anyone out there that can help me I would be so grateful.
