i want to get tourism visa to ukrain in time between 25 of march to the 1 of abril so if you can tell me how i can get it soon and not take time iam living in dubai,,,but am egyptian citizen and i should back to my work at 8 of abril i wanna get it soon as possible if i can go there for aweek tourism

i'm egyptian ,working as branch manger in arab africain international bank and i want to get the visa to ukraine to spend my vacation for ten days ,i can get all document needed .
I'm Sudanese working in KSA- graduated Arhitect from Ukraine-Dnepropetrov'sk , I need to attest my diploma from Ukrainian embassy in Khartoum , but your reperesntative stated that it need to be sent to Cairo to stamp it and it will takes like 3 to 4 month, meanwhile I need it soon , shall I send my brother (in my behalf )to Egypt to expedite this process ?
