I have got an admission to study a masters program in electrical and electronics engineering in Ukraine but there is no Ukrainian embassy in Sudan .SO i am asking you politely how can i process my process and getting faster and smother way to continue my education?

i want to take tourist visa to visit kiev next september waht is the details plz ( Documents and time require to take it)
2- i will marry to an Ukrania girl in Egypt iwhat is the document she should have from Urania or every thing can be finished from Ukrania embassy in Egypt and if we finish the marriage and want to travel to Kiev i should have visa or not yet as i will travel with my wife
