You may only apply for Ukrainian tourist visa from Thailand if you have Thai citizenship or you have Thai work permit. Else, you need to apply from India. Please make sure that you have appropriate invitation from Ukraine to apply for Ukrainian Visa. Please keep in mind, once you arrive Kiev, Ukrainian immigration will take you (South Asian citizens) for private meeting and ask several questions about purpose of your visit. There may not allow you to enter Ukraine if they are not satisfied with you.
A piece of advice, if you really want to visit Ukraine, makes sure you have Schengen visa in your passport. It will make your life lots of easier. Ukrainian people are really nice but immigration officers are not that good. Good luck.
hello mam/sir im filipino resedent but i already applyed for a recedency here in Odessa,ukraine is it possible to get my next visa there in thailand cause they are pointing me to Hanoi vietnam where i got my last visa,they gaved me soo much problem there im just wondering i will would be able to get it in thailang rather than in vieatnam these is my 3rd time here in Ukriane, please let me know cause i will be coming here again in ukraine next yr to get my recedency but i still have to get a tourist visa, thank u so much
