To whom it may concern,
I am a Philippine passport holder with a valid USA visa. I am working here in Semey, Kazakhstan. I would like to ask if I will be required to have a transit visa, even if I only have a layover or connecting flight to KBP Airport.
I have no plans of going out of the airport, I just want to stay inside the airport and wait for my next flight which is going to Canada.

I want to know an information from you regarding visa. I am Bangladeshi passport holder, living in Kazakhstan. I have residence permit in Kazakhstan and I come in Kazakhstan by student visa. I want to apply for student visa in Ukraine. The validity of my residence permit will be expired on 21.08.18. Can you please tell me is it enough time for me to apply for visa of Ukraine? Because I heard that validity of residence permit should be maximum 3 months before I apply for visa. Please check my residence permit and inform me.
