We will get you the admission letter and Invitation Letter from the University and the Ministry of Education in Ukraine. We will also guide you through the entire process and put you through all the way to the point of getting your visa at the embassy here in Abuja.
The Process begins by you sending us a scanned copy of the documents listed below:
 International passport
 Secondary school certificate or transcript where applicable
For the visa requirements, you will have to get the documents listed below:
1. Medical Test for HIV and FITNESS. (Legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs). These tests must be done in Ukraine Accepted hospitals.
2. School Result/School certificate (Legalized by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs).
3. School Leaving testimonial and statement of result (Both Legalized by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs).
4. Eligibility letter issued by the Ministry of Education of Nigeria stating that an applicant has completed secondary education at a recognized school in Nigeria and he/she is entitled to pursue his/her Bachelor’s degree at any higher educational institution in Nigeria.
5. Birth Certificate from the National Population Commission (Legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs).
6. Receipts from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Nigeria for payment for legalization of the documents mentioned above;
7. Insurance Policy
8. Original of a sponsorship letter in a form of a court affidavit, which must include a full name of a sponsor, his/her address, landline and mobile telephone number, email (if any), and obligation of a sponsor to cover expenses of an applicant (amount of money needed for tuition fees and daily expenses should be stated in US dollars);
9. A photocopy of good quality of a data page of the sponsor’s passport or his/her National Identity Card;
10. Original of recent bank statements of a sponsor (for the past six months); minimum amount should be sufficient to cover all applicant’s expenses during his/her first year in Ukraine (tuition fees and daily expenses);
11. Open return ticket valid for one year and its photocopy; (Please I need you to tell me when you want to buy this so I can tell you the specific airport that you must land in).
12. Any other documents which can strengthen an application (if there is a gap after applicant’s last study exhaustive evidence of what an applicant did during that period must be submitted. If an applicant continued his/her studies but have not graduated, was employed, or did charity, or travelled or was involved in self-education or the like, STRONG proofs should be presented (transcripts from university, letter of appointment, letter from employer, pay slips, ID cards, photographs, receipts etc). This is an applicant’s responsibility to prove by any means his/her genuine intentions to study, to finish his/her course of study and not to breach immigration rules of Ukraine. So bring to the interview any documents you can suggest can strengthen your application.
13. Translation of 6 documents: Testimonial, Statement of Result, Eligibility Letter, Birth Certificate, HIV Test and Fitness Test

I WAS ONCE IN SHOES AROUND 2010-2012 STRUGGLING TO GET TO VISA,I WAS FRUSTRATED STANDING UNDER THE SUN,WAKING UP AS EARLY AS 4AM INORDER TO GET TO THE EMBASSY AND WRITE DOWN MY NAME FOR SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENT WASTED MY PRECIOUS TIME AND ENERGY AND MONEY BUT ALL THANKS TO GOD MY FRIEND WHO FACED SIMILAR ISSUE AT D EMBASSY TRIED ANODA COUNTRY AND MOVED OUT THEN ASSISTED ME TO GET MY DOCUMENTS TOO THAT WAS HOW I GOT MY WAY OUT OF NIGERIA TO BELARUS EUROPE FROM THERE I WANTED TO TRANSFER TO ANOTHER COUNTRY AND I MOVED OVER TO CHINA BY GODS GRACE IM A STUDENT OF SHENGYANG MEDICAL COLLEGE.MY ADVISE TO YOU DONT HATCH YOUR EGGS IN ONE BASKET TRY OTHER COUNTRY THEY MIGHT NOT BE DIFFICULT AS U THINK DONT ALLOW ONE COUNTRY TO TIE YOU DOWN.RIGHT NOW I CAN TELL TO GET VISA IS VERY EASY IF ITS GODS WILL DAT D COUNTRY IS UR DESTINATION.VISA TO CHINA IS QUITE EASY IN AS MUCH AS YOU HAVE YOUR DOCUMENTS COMPELETE NO STRESS INVOLVED UR VISA IS SURE WITH AFFORDABLE FEES TOO.I WISH YOU ALL THE BEST I DONT PRAY FOR ANYONE TO GO THROUGH MY PAINS AT UKRAINE EMBASSY.

GONE WERE THOSE DAYS
I WAS ONCE IN YOUR SHOES LOOKING FOR VISA HERE AND THERE AT THE EMBASSY.UKRAINE EMBASSY FRUSTRATED ME AND MANY OTHERS BACK IN 2010-2012 I WAS SO FRUSTRATED I NEVER HAD THE THOUGHT OF TRYING OTHER COUNTRIES STANDING UNDER THE SUN,WAKING UP AS EARLY AS 4AM JUSTTO BE EARLY AT THE EMBASSY THE WORST PART I NEVER GOT TO THE INTERVIEW STAGE AND I WILL HEAR STORIES FROM THE COUNSILOR EITHER STUDENTS ARE TOO MUCH TILL NEXT YEAR OR THERE WAS A MISTAKE IN YOUR INVITATION BY GODS GRACE A FRIEND WHO WAS ALSO IN MY SHOE MADE HIS WAY TO BELARUS EUROPE AND ASKED ME TO SEND MY DOCUMENTS TOO AND THATS HOW I GOT MY WAY OUT OF NIGERIA FROM THERE I DIDNT FEEL LIKE STAYING THERE ANYMORE TO CONTINUE MY STUDIES I APPLIED TO CHINA AND ALSO GOT MY VISA BY GODS GRACE IM A 2ND YEAR STUDENT OF SHENGYANG MEDICAL COLLEGE CHINA.MY ADVISE TO EVERYONE HERE IS DONT LAY YOUR EGGS IN ONE BASKET TODAY WHENEVER SOMEONE TELL ME ABOUT VISA I TELL U ITS NOTHING IF YOU ARE DESTINED TO BE THERE U WILL BE THERE.GETTING ADMISSION IN CHINA IS QUITE COOL LIKEWISE THEIR VISA VERY EASY JUST HAVE YOUR COMPELETE DOCUMENT AND NO ONE WILL DENY YOU YOUR VISA.I ONCE REMEMBER ALWAYS LOG IN TO THIS FORUM.THIS WAS WHERE I MET MY FRIEND WHO ASSISTED ME OUT.TODAY IM EVER READY TO ASSIST ANYONE WITH ADMISSION ISSUES LIKEWISE ENCOURAGEMENT BECAUSE IM A TESTIMONY.
