A Student in Kerala. Left with one year to go back to Uganda. Is it possible to acquire the new East African Passport from India.If yes,what is the procedure.
I come from Jinja-Busoga.
I am made to understand that if a ugandan citizen is sick and wishes to undergo treatment in India, which cannot be availed him here in uganda, the embassy comes in to negotiate with the treating hospital for a reduction of the medical bill. Is this true? Plz help me by giving me an answer to this querry.
