I am 20 years old, my dad died from Uganda (Mbarara) when i was 2. And i came in Nairobi with my mom in 2008.After 1 year she got married to a congolese man, after 2 years they divorced and mom left me with that man and i stayed with him for 5 years, and then he left me and went back in Congo. please, i wish i can get a passport and go back in my country.

Am Ssettala Hamza,256 752944711/791403463 a Ugandan, Director and owner of Africa cable networks ltd (www.africacablenetworks.com).My brother with whom we own and run our company was arrested by kenya police while he was boarding a bus bound for Nairobi from Kenya-Somali boarder. He had his passport wrapped with arepublic of somalia pp cover bought on the street. The officer asked him-
1) why used that wrap
2) why was he far a way from the Ugandan boarder
3) why is he a moslem
When i spoke to officer i explained to him how we always move in so many places where we can explore projects and I also told him that the Distance from that place to Nairobi and Busia/Malaba boarder was such silly because people travel overseas but no one has ever been arrested and detained for being far away from his country unless he has committed a crime.
With my humble request, dear Ugandan Envoy, Kindly help a Ugandan because he told the amount that police wants so that they release him, but i cant aford and this may proceed to another level if the police station of that area have become human pirates.
