Hi there,
I'm writing on behalf of my Ugandan boyfriend who lives here in Melbourne is a Permanent Australian Resident but needs to renew his Ugandan passport so he can travel overseas. Is this possible to do whilst here in Australia or does he need to get to Uganda on a temporary passport to do this? Your advice appreciated.
