Hi, we are wondering Why don't we hava Ugandan Embassy in Norway cause some times we need documents as be signed and no where if its emergency.
It costs a lot of MONEY sending a paper for just having a sign on it and yet you also ask for money WHY? Provide easy way it's to much stressing and stupid on how money is spent just cause I need a stamp on,it costs 1800nok, almost 280 USD without your charge you ask also. So tired help us, Do something not only celebrating independence in Norway. Provide easy access to reach u people. Tokowa to waste money, thanks,

I am traveling to Uganda to visit my family and my passaport is valid up to 21 october. So I read that the passaport must be valid 6 months when departing. So I applied to renew my passaport. But it takes two weeks to get it.
So I need to know whether I can travel norwegian emerg ency passaport to Uganda.
