I am from Syria, and I have an Austrian passport I want to travel to Turkey in the nearest time What are the visa procedures Is it possible to offer them via the internet

Please i like to know the requirements of travelling to Istanbul for a one week visit.
I am a Nigerian but I use Austrian 5 years visa
