I'm Palestinian refugee from Syria so i have a travel document from Syria , but now I'm in Russia/ st peters burg , and i have temporary resident in Russia so can i get visa to turkey from the Turkish consulate in st peters burg ? and what's the duration that i have to wait to get visa to enter turkey ? and how many days that i can stay in turkey ?
note : should i get visa from the Turkish embassy in Moscow ? or i can get the Turkish visa from the Turkish consulate in st peters burg

I have one entrance visa to turkiye,i will inter to istanbul for many hours only and then i will travel to russia..i need entrance visa for me back to my country (IRAQ) regards.
