I have Italian residence documents,for the time being I'm in france, in few days time will travel to Istanbul for 4 days stay (got hotel booking as well) do I need visa from Paris or Visa will be issued on Arrival in Istanbul? my name is Fadi Zeneldin, I m Syrian, my grand father is turkish but he was 2 years old when he left turkey
his name is Ramzi Mahmud Erbili born in 1920's in Hatay
i dont have any document that prove his origin.
how can i get birth certificate for him? and can i apply for the nationality?
