I have a multiple entry 10 year US visa stamped on my Indian passport. However, I am planning a holiday to Moscow, and would like to visit Turkey also. My tkt will read MUM-MOS-IST-MUM. Do I need to apply for a visa in Mumbai, or will I get a visa on arrival at Istanbul. I have visited Istanbul last year. Thank you.
