hello,
I would like to know how much a sticker visa cost. I have a Syrian passport and a UK residence permit.
I did my pre- application online, and booked an appointment..
The website shows that we have to bring cash to pay the costs but does not mention the exact cost
I have been on hliday to turkey 6 times this year on a tourist visa, but I cant seem to get another visa. Do I now need to apply for a resident visa. I am booked to fly out on 23rd October which is only 1 week away, if the answer is yes how do I apply for the resident visa
many thanks

My husband and I are travelling from Edinburgh Airport to Istanbul. Do we require a visa? If the answer is yes how do we go about applying for this. We are going for 5 nights 4 days.
My wife and I have been to turkey on holiday many many times, and also visited this beautiful country whilst on cruises. We will never set foot in Turkey again and have advised other family and friends to do the same as they may end up in the unfortunate position as us - and be robbed by thieves purporting to be jewellers. We were sold a ladies yellow & white gold bracelet for £130 sterling, and have had it tested in the UK and we were absolutely sickened to find out that the bracelet is only gold plated. They gave us assurances that they were members of the Kusadasi chamber of commerce, and even gave us a card with there e-mail address which was fake - no surprise there.
This made us both very angry and sickened that in a country we both loved, there are unscrupulous thieves intent on bringing the good name of the Turkish people into disrepute, and trailing Kusadasi as a great place to holiday in previously but now somewhere to be avoided at all costs unless of course you don't mind being robbed.
Simple message to everyone is don't holiday in Turkey, go somewhere where the local population are trustworthy.
