Dear sirs,
It is with deep regret that I have to inform you that your current consular general to Nepal, Mr. Rajendra Khetan is a fraud. He has been indicted by the Central Bureau of Investigation division of the Nepalese Police and his status as reported by the Nepalese Police is wanted. In my personal opinion it is insulting to the Government and the people of Turkey to have a criminal represent their country.
I hope the ministry will look in to the matter.

These guys don't have any rights regarding issuing visas. I mailed them 2 months ago and didn't get any response regarding visa stuffs for Nepalese citizen to Turkey. When i went personally to consulate also it was hard to meet the responsible person handling visa stuffs. Finally after approaching them for 2 days continuously, i met a girl responsible for visa stuffs and she easily told me that they don't have any rights to issue visas so i have to go to Delhi personally to process it. This rules applies to both visas to Portugal as well as Romania as they are responsible for that too.
