I hold an ordinary Ugandan passport.
My friend she stays in Turkey in Istanbul.She is working there and she will be in Turkey for1 year am a student at Mukono University in my second Year.She wants me to go visit her for 3 weeks and I come back to continue my university studies soon plz help me . she will take care of my costs a place to stay and my flight costs . I am a Somali by nationality and very proud of the Turkish Citizens and their Prime Minister who extended a hand of assistance to the Somali community who were menaced by the ravaging drought in the Horn of Africa. I am living in Uganda and as well I am a student pursuing Bachelor in development Studies. On behalf on the Somali people, I would like to send this congratulatory and thanksgiving notes to H.E. the Ambassador of The Turkish Embassy in Uganda. Please keep the spirit and lead the Muslim world to prosperity.
The embassy is only open from 3pm to 5pm. And when you get there, you have to wait before you get an audience with the official who is rude and thinks she is the busiest person on the world.
Please improve your service. Since you only open for visa matters at 3, the least you can do is attend to the people at that stipulated time. The people who come there also have alot to do besides sit in that small oven room.
