i am an Iraqi citizen i study in TU-Dortmund , i want to travel to my home place in north of Iraq via Turkey , i am asking whether you grant a Turkish visa to Iraqi citizen in Essen or not? Knowing that i am holding an Iraqi passport and i have residence permit in Germany.
