Is it possible to get entry/visit visa to turkey, I am Yemeni and resident in Iraq
And most of the time I am traveling on Turkish Airline via Istanbul and I need to spend my transit time outside the airport ( inside Istanbul city) please advise if it is possible to get visa from turkey consultant in Erbil. Thank you

I have inquire on my status please:
I have an Iraqi passport G Expire on 2016.
I've American Green Card Expire on 2022.
I booked on Turkish Airlines from Istanbul Ataturk Airport to NewYork JFK on April 16.
Consulate-Off on Friday and Saturday.
I intend to travel today by bus transportation company Ozlim Diyarbakir From Erbil to Istanbul.
My question: is allows me to enter Turkey without a visa because I've U.S. Green Card?
Please advise me
