Wow, unbelievable! My Colombian boyfriend wanted to get visa to visit Turkey - the new agreement about visa free travel is not put in practice yet. The Turkish consulate asked him to bring a certificate that it was a real Colombian passport. So, he got this certificate. Another working day wasted, but well. Then he came back to the Turkish Consulate. Guess what? Now they wanted a certificate that the other certificate was true!! And these two countries will have a visa free travel just in couple of months?!?!?
