I am living with my familiy in germany(berlin).by nationality i am ghanaian but we are resident of germany.we have a id card of germany and ghana passport.my wife and my child they want to go to turkish for holiday but we dont know we should get a visa or not?

I am taysir and I have a Bulgarian travel document and I am in Berlin now so my question is if I need visa to travel to Turkey note that I have to go to Libya from turkey cause there is no flight to Libya expect

Dear Sir,
I have two questions of the E-visa application.
I'm Chinese, and now studying in Germany. I have two-year German Schengen visa. But I have only the Travel Document instead of the Original Passport. The authority of this Travel Document is Embassy of the P.R.C in Italy.
1. The date of expiry of my travel Document is 14.Aug.2014. But I will enter Turkey next week. Can I still use my travel document to apply the e-visa of Turkey.
2. Which option can I choose in the "Travel Document" while I apply the E-visa online? (Ordinary Passport/ Alien's Passport/Others)

I have a question related to the visit in Turkey.
I come from Vietnam and now I am a student in Germany in the 5th semester,it means that my nationality is Vietnamese, but now I have a student visa here in Germany to study.
