Hello I am Shvan From Kurdistan Iraq I have some ask and i ned your answer pleas ,because our subject is very important , I an in engaged with person in algeria and she wanna came to turkey and we marry there today she was came to Embassy of Turkey in Algiers and she was going little late and they told here we don't give Visa because you came late you must came before time 12:00 ! and even just on sunday we give Visa ! and please it is right this Law ? please i need your help and answer at once please please thanks with answer please ???

asalamo alykum I am Algerian girl and getting married a Turkish citizenI will be traveling to Turkey for the marriage contract And the problem is in the documentation for marriage As you know, bond in Algeria in Arabic and French
