Defective fruit juice Powder from Turkey
I live in Ghana, and over the last 8 months have been sourcing for fruit juice powder globally.
I happened to choose a company from Turkey from where I reveived about 5grammes each of 8 flavours which I approved of.
I went ahead to order 450kg of the various fruit juice powders hoping that with the machinery that I have imported along from China, I could start a fruit juice company.
The samples which were initially received were bottled and they stayed for over 6 months. With the bulk order which would have been enough for about 450,000 botlles of 500ml bottles, we sent some to the Foods and Drugs board for testing as stipulated by requirements and law.The results were negative. We also mixed some of the 450kg ordered with our machines, and even before bottling, we saw some particles in it amongst other comlainsts such as grouth of fungi just after a day. I got back to the supplier, and in short they are not cooperating and they are telling me that, it is not to be bottled. I sent a total of about 4kg some samples back to the company whose email address is userfood1.tr@gmail.com , and they sent me some pictures of the solution saying that all is OK. All attempts to get the company to respond to my issues has failed.
I would be most grateful if you could arrange for one of your staff in Ghana to contact me so that, this can be verified at my factory. My plans are to advise myself legally on this, and sooner publish in the news and print media what I have experienced considering the fact that, the Turkish President was in Ghana not long ago canvassing for business. I am most upset and dissapointed and would like all other importers to be wary of what I have gone through.I am available on 0246328317
Your soonest response would bemost appreciated.

Yours faithfully,

I am a Ghanaian resident in Sierra Leone and working with the Presbyterian Church of Sierr Leone as The Stated Clerk of General Assembly(The General Secretary) I have been invited to attend a Conference in Izmir Turkey fro September 19th to 23rd organised by the Presbyterian Church in America. The organisers are paying for my air ticket, insurance accomodation etc. Therwe is no Turkish Embassy in Sierr Leone. I want to enquire as follows:
1. Can I be offered a visa on arrival at Istanbul via Turkish airlines?
2. Can I apply and be issued a visa via mail at the embassy in Accra, Ghana.
3. I have written several letters to your embassy by email but no reply from you why?
