Embassy of Turkey in Accra

To Confirm.
My husband has got United kingdom visa in his Ghana Passport and he's due to take a trip to turkey.
However, what i would like to know is that, does he really need a visa or can he pay at the port?
Also i have been trying to reache your office in Knight Bridge in London,to confirm can't get through to anybody. As i leave in London i thought it will be easier to get the information from here.

what is wrong with turkish embassy in ghana
Turkish embassy in ghana is one of the worse embassy i have ever come accross.You submitted your visa application,and attend the interview at the same day in their office.Instead of them to give the date for collection your passport after paying your visa fee,they will tell you we will call you,and your passport can remain in their office for more than three months.This is very very bad,and a lot of ghanaians are complaining everyday.You cannot keep somebodys passport for more than three months without any let the person know how his or her application is doing through the text message or e.mail when the application is going to complete.This is not done in the embassies i have visited in ghana.Within that three months the person can embark on international for two or three times.I think the turkish embassy in accra has taken ghanaians for granted,and therefore i am appeal to the goverment of ghana through the ministry of foreign affairs to contact them,and let the ghanaian public know the reason why they cannot give the specific date for the visa collection,at the sametime they should explain to ghanaians if the visa is refuse why they did not put on writing note to tell the person why his visa application was not sucessful.Ghanaians do pay visa fee of hundred ghana cedis and its not refundable therefore it is their duty to explain why his/her visa was not granted.When the visa is not granted the passport should not come alone,its should rather come with a letter explaining why the person visa was not granted.I will write my complain letter to the ministry of foreign affairs to contact the turkish embassy in accra to come and explain to ghanaians on the national television why they are behaving like that.

Why is the Turkish embassy refusing students visa without reason. They keep passports for a long time only to refuse. The ministry of foreign affairs should do something about it

I will apreciate is very much as taken visa from Ghana sometimes take so long and that is why sometimes some Ghanaian traveler don't want to take transit visa so pme so it wount please do well to forward this massage so my visa will be very easy and fast for me so it wont delay my Journey.
